Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Group Therapy
Join our 8-week virtual Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group, led by Dr. Kelsey Mullen, PsyD, covered by insurance, and designed for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or life stress. With only 12 spots available, this structured program teaches practical, evidence-based mindfulness skills you can apply in real time and throughout your daily life.
What is Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)?
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based program that uses guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful awareness to help reduce stress and improve emotional well-being. Rooted in the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, MBSR teaches you how to slow down, stay present, and respond more calmly to difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations. In this 8-week group, you’ll learn and practice these skills in real time—building tools you can carry with you long after the program ends.
