Indigo Therapy Group is looking for a committed and energetic clinician to join our team! We are prioritizing BIPOC and PsyD applicants, however, everyone will be considered. (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, and PsyD applicants only. Applicants awaiting full licensure may be considered.)

We are a practice that genuinely enjoys working with one another and contributing positively to our clients’ healing journeys. Our practice offers a slew of referrals for generalists and child therapists, but we have become more successful in obtaining referrals for each clinicians area of specialty. We also have a good amount of couple’s therapy cases. We try very hard to meet your goals, whether its number of clients or type of client. It is important you know that Indigo is an ever-evolving system, and we invite regular staff feedback to improve our processes and benefits. We also try to support fun creative projects that clinicians may be looking to explore!

We are primarily focused on finding clinicians that are looking to “settle” into a longer term position. We are opening a second location is Oak Park and are looking to staff this location . The interview process will include a videochat with the owner/President (Natalia Kaczmarek. PsyD), a formal videochat interview with the co-clinical director (Bianca Schaefer, PsyD), and an opportunity to chat with an existing staff to answer your candid questions.

Clinicians are reimbursed based on their level of experience and benefits follow a standardized format for fairness. Contracts are written on an annual basis and there is some opportunity for benefit negotiation (within reason).

FULL-TIME EXPECTATIONS

Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hour per week of direct patient care
Okay to do hybrid in-person/telehealth
Available to work 2-3 evenings and potentially one weekend day until full
Will carry their own malpractice insurance

STANDARD MONETARY SPLIT

EARLY CAREER CLINICIAN WITH LPC/LSW: 45% of earnings with up to $2000 in paid trainings
EARLY CAREER LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or COMPLETED LPC AWAITING LICENSURE: 50% of earnings
EARLY CAREER PSYCHOLOGIST: 55% of earnings
EXPERIENCED LCPC, LCSW, LMFT: 55% of earnings
EXPERIENCED PSYCHOLOGIST: 60% of earning
