Dr. Kelsey Mullen, PsyD

Dr. Kelsey Mullen is a clinical psychologist, specializing in health psychology. Her clinical experiences include proving therapy for trauma, health concerns that are impacting mental well-being, anxiety/depression, and major life transitions, in both VA hospitals and community health settings. Dr. Mullen also has experience conducting psychological assessments for both adults and children. Kelsey is focused on meeting her clients where they are and building a strong working relationship.

Dr. Mullen is comfortable providing structured evidence-based therapies to benefit her clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for chronic pain, sleep, depression and anxiety, as well as applying more holistic, values-based care dependent on what is the best fit for each individual. She likes to remind her clients that a journey begins with a single step and help them discover what a more confident tomorrow looks like.

Kelsey is a Veteran of the Navy and has a special interest in connecting with Veteran and military servicemembers for their mental health needs.
