Dr. Kelsey Mullen, PsyD

Dr. Kelsey Mullen is a clinical psychologist, specializing in health psychology. Her clinical experience includes working with veterans, providing therapy for chronic pain, trauma, and health concerns that are impacting mental well-being. Dr. Mullen also has experience in conducting psychological assessments and has a strong interest in promoting social justice and advocacy. Kelsey focuses on meeting her clients where they are and building a strong working relationship. She is a Veteran of the Navy and has a special interest in connecting with Veteran and military servicemembers for their mental health needs. Dr. Mullen decided to pursue a career in psychology after seeing first-hand how “mission-first mentality” sometimes led to servicemembers not seeking help. It is important to her to give back to her community. 

Dr. Mullen is comfortable providing structured evidence-based therapies to benefit her clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for chronic pain, sleep, depression and anxiety, as well as applying more holistic, values-based care dependent on what is the best fit for each individual. She likes to remind her clients that a journey begins with a single step and help them discover what a more confident tomorrow looks like.
