Jessica believes the human experience of coping at times comes with ‘faking it ’till you make it’ or your brain racing five steps ahead of where your feet are planted. Jessica’s background is rooted in child development, emphasizing the value of early childhood experiences, family dynamics, intergenerational relationships and attachment styles. She believes that understanding these foundational elements is crucial for unpacking current presenting problems in therapy.

Jessica aims to build strong therapeutic rapport and to cultivate a courageous space where clients can explore their story openly. Through psychoeducation and relational approaches she helps individuals understand their feelings and the underlying patterns that shape their lives. By empowering her clients, Jessica supports them in making meaningful changes and achieving personal growth.

Jessica’s clinical experiences thus far provided opportunity for roles such as a teacher in a behavior intervention classroom, lead facilitator in a social skills group, co-facilitator in youth development groups, individualized mentorship with community service clients along with individual, family and couples counseling at nonprofit organizations.

Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities—including attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, trauma-informed care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—Jessica tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Her integrative methods guide individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery.
