As a Latina therapist passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds in both individual and group settings.

I entered this field to inspire hope, support healing, and increase mental health awareness, particularly within underserved communities. I believe that while trauma can shape our experiences, it does not define who we are.

I practice from a trauma-informed perspective and am trained in EMDR. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, somatic interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques to support clients in healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use concerns, and other life challenges. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them develop insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, helping clients build resilience, develop self-compassion, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
