Indigo is looking to slow hire for the right fit. It would be a hybrid telehealth/in-person position (Oak Park/Northbrook). People who are independent and need flexibility/control over their own processes do well in our system. We are a very positive and authentic bunch, and would appreciate a similar character.

We are specifically looking for a fully licensed (or about to be) therapist. Priority will be given to PsyD and BIPOC therapists, but all are welcome to apply. Commission percentage starts at 55% for fully licensed therapists. We also offer retirement with a good company match, PTO, paid trainings, training stipend, and bonuses. We do a couple of fun staff outings a year and try to create a good work culture.

The Monetary Split Is Standardized As The Following:

EARLY CAREER CLINICIAN WITH LPC/LSW: 45% of earnings with up to $2000 in paid trainings
EARLY CAREER LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or COMPLETED LPC AWAITING LICENSURE: 50% of earnings
EARLY CAREER PSYCHOLOGIST: 55% of earnings
EXPERIENCED LCPC, LCSW, LMFT: 55% of earnings
EXPERIENCED PSYCHOLOGIST: 60% of earnings
