Jessica Adamusik, MSW

Jessica specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem. She has experience working with individuals and families experiencing social emotional challenges in a variety of settings. Jessica believes in building authentic therapeutic relationships with clients in order to collaborate together on what supports are needed. By being provided the opportunity to honor a client’s strengths and listen to their story, this then creates the foundation of being curious towards the journey of self-discovery and personal growth. To name a few approaches she incorporates in her practice are as follows: Child Developmental lens, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Play Therapy.
