I’m an art therapist and counselor who enjoys working with individuals of all ages, helping them improve their lives by managing anxiety and depression, enhancing self-esteem and body image, and navigating life and relationship changes. My approach is holistic, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I use art as therapy within a framework that integrates psychodynamic, solutions-based, and unconditionally supportive methods.

Creating a trusting, collaborative therapy environment is crucial to me. I believe it’s essential for us to work together comfortably as we explore your life story, even when it gets challenging. My goal is to journey alongside you and help you discover the most fulfilling path forward.

My therapy style blends solution-focused and cognitive restructuring techniques for practical improvements, along with depth and process work to uncover deeper issues impacting your life. I tailor my approach to meet your specific therapy goals, incorporating techniques like art therapy directives, empathic listening, and reflective discussions.

I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities and am committed to body positivity, sex positivity, and maintaining a non-judgmental stance. Everyone is welcome to explore their identities and work towards their best selves.

I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Studio Arts with a focus in Art Therapy from Ohio Northern University. My experience includes working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness, those with differing abilities, LGBTQ+ clients, and families undergoing intensive medical treatment.
